Catherine Neville is a senior executive who has worked extensively in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has extensive knowledge of quality management systems, including Excellence Canada's Progressive Excellence Program® (PEP), ISO 9001:2008, and Accreditation Canada Standards. Catherine is an active coach in strategic management planning, Excellence Canada Excellence Criteria implementation, and process improvement. An active trainer, she teaches Excellence Canada's Quest for Quality, Integrated Criteria, Organizational Assessment, and Process Improvement courses including our Lean Essentials course. Catherine is the author and trainer of Planning for Excellence Canada PEP, a course for planning the effective implementation of Excellence Canada's Progressive Excellence Program® (PEP). She is the lead developer of the SENIORWISE® requirements and the related training course. Her qualifications include: B.Sc.; Excellence Canada Certified Lead Assessor (Quality, Healthy Workplace®, and Integrated Healthcare Criteria); Excellence Canada Certified Excellence Leader; and Excellence Canada Certified Trainer. In addition, Catherine is a popular speaker and educator on organizational quality and wellness criteria.
