As Director of People and Organizational Performance, Janice led Delta Hotels and Resorts through the Excellence Business Assessment and related initiatives at each business unit in order to strategically drive business performance through a holistic continuous improvement approach. She successfully led the bid to secure Excellence Canada’s Order of Excellence, Gold Healthy Workplace and Quality Awards.
Partnered closely with Aon Hewitt to explore opportunities to drive employee engagement and ensure alignment to organizational performance. Supported the brand to positively impact engagement levels.
Diversity and Inclusion
As a member of its Board of Directors, Janice serves the Aboriginal Human Resources Council to develop and deploy a strategy with the intent to achieve Aboriginal Inclusion across different streams, including talent, business development, Corporate Social Responsibility, marketing and communications and procurement.
Initiated and co championed the Mental Health Strategy-Valuing Healthy Minds.
