Implementation & Evaluation Driver
The Implementation & Evaluation Driver focuses on the selection and design of programs, implementation of activities and evaluation of integrated mental health and employee well-being programs and practices. It includes a disciplined and consistent approach towards planning, monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, adjusting, and reporting on progress towards desired outcomes. Evaluation focuses on the impact the programs and practices are having on employee psychological health and safety, as well as tangible and intangible benefits, (e.g., value of investment (VOI) and return on investment (ROI)).
