Leadership
Leadership is about creating the culture, values and overall direction for success. This includes demonstrating good governance and fulfilling the organization’s legal, ethical and societal obligations. Managing a psychologically healthy and safe workplace is a line-management task, supported either through direct involvement by senior management, notably in small/medium-sized organizations, or through directives from senior management in larger organizations. Good leadership is founded on ethics and values that embrace the development and sustainability of psychologically healthy and safe environments.
