With more than two decades of experience, Jodi Lieberman has built a career helping organizations grow by putting people at the center of their success. Her path has taken her through some of Canada’s most recognized companies, including Labatt Brewing Company and Bentall Green Oaks (formerly Bentall Kennedy), before she joined Canadian Apartment Properties REIT, where she spent over 15 years as Chief People, Culture and Brand Officer. There, she helped shape the company’s identity, guided its leaders, and played a key role in earning recognition as one of Canada’s 50 Best Employers for nine consecutive years. Jodi is known for her calm leadership style, her ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, and her belief that strong workplaces start with genuine connection.
