Ricoh’s Healthy Workplaces journey formally began over five years ago when we consolidated the essential elements of a Healthy Workplace into what is called the RCares program. RCares is a holistic approach to ensuring a good physical work environment, a commitment to supporting others through Corporate Social Responsibility programs, and a strong focus on good mental health, healthy lifestyles, and a positive workplace culture. It is not a single element that makes Ricoh a healthy workplace but the balanced approach that makes working at Ricoh fulfilling and meaningful. With Ricoh’s strong commitment to continuous improvement as we strive for excellence, the RCares program is at the heart of who we are as an organization.
