The Caisse Desjardins de la Nouvelle-Acadie is a financial services cooperative with a reputation for providing quality services and maintaining excellent relationships with its 6,091 members.

Over the past 20 years, the Caisse has carried out a number of initiatives focusing on quality and excellence in keeping with the following success factors: member experience, leadership and mobilization of human capital, growth and innovation, profitability and financial productivity, financial strength and risk management, and cooperation and commitment. In 2015, officers, managers and employees made a firm commitment to align their actions with the principles set out in Quebec’s Charter of Quality.

In 2017, the Caisse won the Grand Prix québécois de la qualité, the highest distinction awarded by the Quebec government to private and public organizations that stand out for the quality of their management and overall performance.

As part of the Engagement du cœur initiative to support the community, an 8-km walk was held between our service centres—hundreds of people joined in to help raise funds for breast cancer research.
