Carleton University is a dynamic research and teaching institution with a tradition of anticipating and leading change. The Students and Enrolment Division is made up of 31 units consisting of over 400+ professional staff with a broad reach across all aspects of the student experience. The Division is proud to be a Canadian leader in the delivery of support services that are personalized, varied and effective.
The Student and Enrolment Division has embedded Service Excellence as a core value in its strategic plan and is reflected in the work they do every day to support academic and staff colleagues and students. The Division’s excellence journey provides the opportunity for continuous improvement to support students in achieving their academic, personal and professional potential.
Every September, students and their families arrive on campus to move into residence and are greeted by Housing and Residence Life staff who use their energy and passion to welcome new first-year students to their new home on campus.
