Matthew Kien-Meng Ly

Matthew Kien-Meng Ly is Head of Operations at SWTCH Energy, a North American cleantech company scaling EV-charging infrastructure in Canada and the United States. He oversees end-to-end operations, driving scalability and operational excellence across supply chain, service delivery, and customer experience.

Prior to joining SWTCH, Matthew led Corporate Strategy at Day & Ross, one of North America’s largest logistics companies, and was a management consultant with Bain & Company, advising organizations on growth strategy and organizational design. He is committed to building principled, self-sufficient organizations that learn, adapt, and continuously improve to deliver enduring performance. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
