SE Health is a social enterprise applying its knowledge, vision and drive to forever impact how people live and age at home. With Canadian roots and 110 years of expertise, the organization brings quality excellence and innovation to home care, seniors’ lifestyle and family caregiving.
Since SE Health was awarded the ‘Order of Excellence’ in 2015, their Hope and Happiness movement has impacted thousands and their team of 9,000 has delivered 30 million care exchanges. They have grown with the addition of SE Health Futures and Global, and initiated new programs like Leadership Edge to complement their award-winning corporate culture. SE Health continues to address community needs with a $5 million investment in end-of-life care, its family caregiver platform Elizz, innovative new home care models and health system partnerships.
