One key strategy under the pillar ‘More Sustainable’ is the objective to nurture a campus culture that promotes overall well-being, embraces diversity, and fuels employee engagement. uOttawa is an official signatory of the Okanagan Charter and is currently implementing the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace framework to guide improvement efforts in a sustainable way.
