Healthy Workplace®
Ricoh Canada believes that a strong and progressive framework of excellence can shape an organization’s path to success. In 2019, Ricoh began their journey to become a recognized Healthy Workplace. With a solid foundation of programs and policies in place, Ricoh began with a Healthy Workplace Policy. Next, the entire organization was engaged to name the program that would incorporate all elements of a healthy workplace. Drawn from the suggestions of Ricoh’s team members, a new brand was launched – RCares; Ricoh Cares.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic was, not only a significant disruptor to Ricoh’s business, but also a direct threat to the health and wellbeing of their team members. Ricoh’s pandemic response efforts were designed using the guiding principles of RCares to maintain their commitment to being a Healthy Workplace. Today, the RCares brand sends a strong signal to the team members of Ricoh we are committed to building and sustaining a healthy workplace for all today and in the future.
