Course Description
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all Ontario employers to train their employees on the requirements of the AODA. In this online compliance training, participants will:
- Understand the Ontario Human Rights (OHRC) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and how they work together
- Learn the Integrated Accessibility Standards for Ontario Workplaces
- Understand the Customer Service Standard and how to implement it
- Develop skills to “lend a helping hand” to persons with disabilities through video demonstrations
