Course Performance

Participants enrolled in this course will have learned how to examine cutting-edge, customer focused approaches towards current-state process mapping that will help them document and improve key/core processes and services. They will also be able to simplify current state process mapping and identify maps best suited for specific purposes and appropriate audiences. Participants will be empowered with the methodology to document the flow of a process from input to output, and to provide a focal point from which to analyze opportunities for organizational improvement. They will be given the chance to practice current state process mapping by using a realistic in-class case study.
