Emma Chiera is a client services professional with years of experience working closely with non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs. She is committed to collaborating thoughtfully with business leaders to offer the most tailored client solutions. She has previously worked in consulting and program management roles, guiding small businesses in achieving growth on a global scale.
She earned her BA in International Development and Economics from McGill University, and her European Masters degree from the Global Campus of Human Rights, where she specialized in international disability law. Coupled with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Emma has become an expert in all things accessibility. She brings this knowledge to all of her work at Excellence Canada, helping organizations build the best culture possible in an ever-changing world.
