Desired and Future State Process Mapping (21NOV18)

A “desired” state map describes a new process or changes to be made in an existing process and helps to manage the operation of a process by defining the requirements, steps, measures, and contingencies of a new or redesigned process. In this course you will design or redesign a process at three levels of detail (Level 1, 2 and 3 process maps).
