Rogers is a leading Canadian communications and media company with 25,000 employees nation-wide who work to deliver a great experience for customers every day.
Rogers employee wellness program, bWell, was established in 2009, with the goal of rooting health into Rogers. The program has grown as a result of:
- A strong brand presence among employees
- The bWell Network comprised of employees across the country and at all levels of the organization who act as ambassadors
- The use of various communication channels to encourage two-way conversations and program feedback from employees
- Providing on-site and online programming to accommodate the varying forms of work and roles
- A focus on continuous improvement through consistency in assessment and evaluation methods
The Rogers 2016 United Way CN Tower climb team – our average team time to climb all 1,776 steps of the CN Tower was 29:03 minutes!
