All-New Integrated Healthy Workplace and Mental Health at Work Standard

THRIVE360

Build a healthier, safer, more resilient organization through an integrated management system that strengthens culture, supports employee well-being, and drives organizational excellence.

Built on a Proven Legacy. Designed for the Future of Work.

THRIVE360 is the evolution of Excellence Canada's two trusted standards, Healthy Workplace® and Mental Health at Work®, bringing decades of research, practical experience, and proven best practices together into one integrated framework.

As the needs of Canadian organizations continue to evolve, THRIVE360 provides a modern approach that connects employee well-being, organizational culture, leadership, and performance. It reflects today's workplace realities while building on the proven practices that have helped organizations create healthier, more engaged, and more resilient workplaces for years.

THRIVE360 is the first national standard for healthy workplaces designed with sector-specific needs in mind.  While the core standard is the same for all sectors, there are tailored implementation guides for specific groups that recognize the unique cultures and environments that exist in those sectors.  Our first Targeted Implementation Guide is for Public Safety Personnel organizations, developed with the support of experts from Police, Fire, Emergency Medical, and Corrections services.

The result is a comprehensive, streamlined standard that helps organizations embed well-being into the way they lead, operate, and succeed, ultimately creating workplaces where people and organizations can truly thrive.

Sector-Specific Implementation Guides

Every organization is unique, and so are the challenges it faces. The THRIVE360 Standard provides a consistent framework for organizational excellence and is supported by sector-specific implementation guides that provide clear direction, recommended practices, and implementation considerations that reflect the experiences of your sector.

This combination gives organizations the confidence to move from understanding the Standard to embedding it into everyday operations, creating lasting improvements that are meaningful, measurable, and sustainable.
