This is demonstrated by the CEO’s encouragement of mental health discussions and open dialogue to help build a safe and supportive work environment to ensure everyone is as mentally, physically, and financially healthy as possible. Various resources are available to employees including a network of 100+ volunteer Wellness Champions across the country, who implement health and wellness initiatives locally.
Maria organized a Spirit Day for the Finance team at Lachine office on July 29th, 2022. The purpose of this event was to engage in some outdoor physical activity to boost our physical and mental well-being. It made the team smile, laugh, and feel happy. It really lifted the employees’ spirits.
