Excellence Essentials (July 14, 2020)

In this course we will discuss what is excellence is and introduce you to the Principles of Excellence and drivers of Canada’s integrated quality management framework— Excellence, Innovation and Wellness^®. You will also complete a self-assessment to determine where you are now against the principles of excellence and excellence essentials.
