Course Performance

Participants enrolled in this course will have learned how to examine cutting-edge, customer focused approaches towards current-state process mapping that will help them document and improve key/core processes and services. They will also be able to simplify current state process mapping and identify maps best suited for specific purposes and appropriate audiences.
