Health Sciences North faced a common challenge but chose a different path. HSN adopted the Excellence Canada Healthy Workplace Standard as a framework for connection, linking what already existed into a coherent system of accountability and continuous improvement. Their ultimate goal is to build a culture of empowerment and trust while meaningfully moving the needle on important engagement and cost drivers.
