Committed to process improvement and the Excellence journey, Ontario Parks has achieved certification through Excellence Canada five times consecutively since 2006. Over the last 15 years, Ontario Parks has made process improvement part of its normal business. Innovative practices, leadership training, a customer service focus, strategic planning and health and wellness are demonstrated in the daily actions and guiding documents for the organization.
