Part 1: Self-Awareness 

Part one of the 8 part Leadership Series will help you develop the self-awareness and relevant skills needed to become an excellent leader, essential to creating a more efficient and productive work environment.

In this seminar you will:

  • Recognize the importance of self-perception and the importance of self-image in effectively leading others 
  • Learn how to accurately assess how others perceive you 
  • Learn how negative leadership can significantly affect the workplace as well as oneself
