A Rapid Assessment establishes consensus about where your Leaders believe you are today against a selected Excellence Canada Standard, so you can map where you are going tomorrow.

A Rapid Assessment is a ½-day workshop with 6-8 selected senior and mid-management leaders, facilitated by an Excellence Canada Lead Assessor to establish the current state of your organization across specific key areas of focus.
