Martha Harley

Martha Harley joined the University of Guelph in 2005. She has worked in the Ontario university sector for more than 30 years. Prior to joining the University of Guelph, Martha was Western University’s Director of Staff Relations, leading labour and employee relations strategy.
As Vice President of Finance, Administration & Risk, Martha oversees six operational units: campus community police, emergency management and fire safety; financial services; hospitality services; human resources; physical resources; and the real estate division. Martha participates in the Council of Senior Administrative Officers, an affiliate of the Council of Ontario Universities.
