Roberto Hausman has been in the field of teaching, training, lecturing, speaking and education for the past 35 years. His awards and recognitions include “Top 25 Canadian Immigrants”, the “Top 20 in Diversity Award”, one of the “10 most influential Hispanic Canadians” and the Medal of Honor and Award from the Lieutenant Governor General of Ontario.
With his charitable foundation “Needy Children Assistance”, he has made a difference in the lives of tens of thousands of children in Canada and in nine countries of the world. He has also helped thousands of immigrants to settle, find a new career and begin their new life in Canada.
Roberto is the Founder and President of the Diversity Leaders Alliance, which was established in 2016, with a mission to mentor and help the next generation of Diverse/Ethnic leaders. From 1985 to 2015, Roberto was the Director and CEO of the Police Foundations Department of Canadian Law Enforcement Training College & International Agency Group, providing trained personnel to police and law enforcement agencies
He received his teacher’s degree in Alberta, Canada in 1983.
