Since establishing an internal taskforce on quality in 2001, the STL has worked relentlessly on continuous improvement to the point of earning a coveted Prix performance Québec in 2019. This approach helped to refine internal practices and strengthen its customer focus in every department. For example, in 2017, the continuous improvement program in transportation resulted in a modern, dynamic and innovative system being implemented, allowing managers, and their teams, to continually and rigorously track performance indicators and plans aligned with the STL strategy.
The STL can stand out for its sound management as continuous improvement becomes a matter of routine for all employees through this type of initiative.
