“Bell is extremely proud to receive the Order of Excellence award in recognition of our commitment to workplace mental health. The mental health of our team is critical, which is why we chose to lead by example in our own organization as one of the first to adopt the voluntary Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. Good mental health practices do more than just help Bell perform at its best, they also ensure the well-being of all of us who work here, as well as our families. We must all continue to play a role in reducing stigma and encourage organizations across Canada to be proactive in implementing their own workplace mental health practices to create lasting positive change.”
