2018 Order of Excellence Recipient
Excellence, Innovation and Wellness®

The Architecture, Information Management and Project Management Office (AIP) provides essential expertise on architecture development on I&IT projects, information management and project management to clients within Ontario’s Public Service. The goal is to give quality, cost-effective assistance to enhance government services.

AIP’s journey to excellence began in 2010, resulting in Bronze certification from Excellence Canada. From 2013 onwards, AIP went through a period of major organizational changes that resulted in significant staffing growth and broader responsibilities; the office achieved Silver and Gold levels of EIW after a successful transition. In 2015, AIP reached Platinum level and was also certified for ISO 9001:2008, becoming one of the first Ontario Government I&IT organizations to do so. With an entrenched quality management system, AIP pursues excellence in service delivery for clients by helping them meet their business needs in the most cost-effective manner.
