The Certified Excellence Professional® (CEP) designation program gives you the skills, confidence, and tools to enact true change to impact real-world business challenges.
Excellence Canada recognizes the value in having “champions” in each organization, across all industries and sectors, to acquire the technical knowledge and expertise required to effectively achieve the organizations strategic objectives, engage its employees, and meet the needs of its customers.
To achieve your certification, you must successfully complete, within your official timespan, the published certificate curricula from the year you registered in the certificate program. In some circumstances, certificate requirements may change, resulting in courses no longer being available. In such cases, Course Substitutions may be requested.
As an Excellence Canada Certified Excellence Professional® (CEP), you are required to re-certify each year and complete fifteen (15) hours of professional development/improvement training.
The Certified Excellence Professional program provides a broad understanding of continuous improvement strategies, and allows participants to apply practical tools and techniques to their own work experience.
Over the duration of the program, candidates will complete 8 modules that cover the drivers of the Excellence, Innovation and Wellness® Standard.

The fee for the CEP is $1,995 for individuals and covers everything you will need to successfully complete the program, including course fees, course material and first year certification.
Note: To remain certified, it is the responsibility of the participant to maintain the certification requirements and fees each year. See requirements tab for details.
Recertification fees: $250 for 1 year or $650 for 3 years (plus GST/HST)
