Colin Brown

Colin Brown retired from his position as Vice-President of Operations for Engineers Canada in 2019. He now provides consulting services as a certified professional coach.

Throughout his career Colin gained extensive experience in various sectors, including regulation, financial services, workplace automation, software development, telecommunications hardware development and manufacturing, and telecommunications operations.

In senior management positions with British Telecom, Mitel Corporation, JetForm, Alterna Savings Credit Union and Engineers Canada he provided leadership in many disciplines including strategic and operational planning, quality improvement, project management, product management, marketing, information technology, technical support and customer service. Colin has also been recognized as an insightful, thoughtful and committed mentor and motivator of staff.

Colin holds a certificate in Telecommunications Technology from Peterborough College, England, and is a Certified Professional Coach.
