Planning & Risk Management
The Planning & Risk Management Driver focuses on developing a Mental Health Plan and establishing measurable goals within the plan. The components of a Mental Health Plan include a focus on the three elements: psychological, physical and social factors which impact the psychological health and safety of employees. All plans, goals and outcomes are linked to the organization’s Strategic Plan and communicated in a way that makes the commitment to a psychologically healthy and safe workplace clear to all stakeholders. Planning is based on the identification of workplace psychological health and safety risks and needs. Further, this includes the development of dashboards and measures for leading and lagging indicators. A data-driven health and safety risk management system based on continual improvement is key to achieving desired outcomes and informs a prevention-based approach to planning.
