Over the years, Manulife has taken an active role in the wellbeing of its employees. The company’s wellness program, Wellness Matters, is now a more nationally consistent program with some regional flexibility; employee feedback and insights are part of the continuous improvement journey. Data, metrics and feedback are being used to make meaningful improvements and changes. A North American wellness dashboard provides insights into risk factors and helps to direct programming. Manulife also invests in its communities through various programs and volunteerism.
