Maria organized a Spirit Day for the Finance team at Lachine office on July 29th, 2022. The purpose of this event was to engage in some outdoor physical activity to boost our physical and mental well-being. It made the team smile, laugh, and feel happy. It really lifted the employees’ spirits.

“Six years ago, Wajax experienced a painful tragedy; four of our employees died by suicide.

This harsh reality, along with our responsibilities as an employer, prompted us to devote dedicated resources to address the mental health and well-being of our teammates and their family members.

Over the years we have worked hard to create and implement a best-in-class Health & Wellness program designed to support and empower every member of our Wajax family.”

Iggy Domagalski, President & CEO, Wajax Limited
