The Cluster Applications Branch (CAB) provides leadership in the planning, development, delivery and support of IT application solutions. This aligns with the overarching mandate of the Central Agencies I&IT Cluster to ensure that the Ontario Public Service has the tools, expert support and knowledge to optimize the value of I&IT investments.

Through staff collaboration, CAB has developed its vision, mission and core values statements. It actively promotes mental wellness and helps to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness in the workplace. Branch day presentations, internal communications and other initiatives have reinforced employee awareness, understanding and commitment to contribute to Excellence. CAB has formal recognition and awards programs, offers flexible work options and supports work-life balance. Strong collaboration and a positive work environment have resulted in high levels of employee engagement.
