Description
The Certificate in Leadership Excellence program (LEP) is designed for leaders with the desire to advance their leadership style and skills. The LEP is delivered online and over the duration of one year. The program starts on March 7, 2024.
Other program dates include: Mar 28, April 4 & 25, May 16, June 13. Classes are scheduled on Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM EST. Participants must attend all sessions to receive certification. All sessions are recorded and can be viewed if a participant cannot attend a session.
There are 11 modules in LEP. Each module relates to a leadership excellence topic and is delivered using a theme which is supported by academic literature. Participants will engage in facilitated remote learning experiences, group learning, peer feedback, action planning, and personal development in order to become effective leaders in their organizations.
