Current State Process mapping is a course that teaches employees how to map current state processes, so they can paint a picture of the ‘as-is’ with a goal to make the process more efficient and better for everyone involved. By understanding current state processes and how to improve them, participants will learn how to identify them for customers and organizational employees, to improve efficiencies and exceed requirements.
